Technology and Gadgets The word technology refers, in its material sense, to every object that has been created for the proposed of turning easier the adaptation of the human being in the environment. Technology is completely bound to the cultural development and it has been evolving during the all human history, until nowadays, when we perceive the word technology associated to digital objects invented in the past decades, such as cellphones, computers, TV’s, and other modern advices that have facilitated the life of society, better known as gadgets. Gadgets are, in simple words, small technological objects that work as machines, have a special function and are often though as novelty. The most popular objects in XXI century of this type are cellphones, this devices have presented a significant rise in its possession since the beginning of century, when it passed from just a few members of society could have access to cellphones to a time when almost everyone has at least one. The peer review function as a method for assessment different articles according to the quality, validity and originality of it. It’s a way of maintaining the integrity of science by filtering the invalid articles.  When you received an invitation for peer reviewing an article, the first thing you have to do is to scamming, and that way you could get a general idea of what the article is about.  When you´re about to read the text for the first time be aware of the main topic and how original it is, pay attention to the principal questions, are they interesting or relevant for the topic the article is about?; take note about the structure of the text and if it is easy to read or to complicated; in the conclusion, note if there consistency with the arguments present and the evidence; If the text includes charts or figures, be aware if they are complement the article or if they are superfluous.                           Migration in Chile: Inclusion of Haitian Kids in Educational Context. Migration is a current and controversial topic nowadays worldwide. In Chile, most of the immigrants arrived are looking for jobs and maintaining a more comforting life. That´s the reason why a big percent of immigrants are from Latin-American countries, such as Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, and in the latest years there has been an increase in the number of immigrants that came  from Haiti, this event can be related with the numerous economic problems and crises that have occurred in this country. Now, adults many times don´t leave their country by their own and they bring their children with them to this new land. The adaptation to a new country it results difficult for kids, even more if there is a cultural and linguistic barrier. The big majority of Haitian children doesn´t speak Spanish as their native language, fact that makes difficult their adaptation and their inclusion in the social and educational context.

In defense of intelligent design (paper) Intelligent design is a field that studies signals of intelligence in a particular object; specifically it’s focused in explaining the origins of certain elements in the universe attributing them to an intelligent cause. It began as a way to explain the influence and existence of god as creator of the universe, in a time when the theory of evolution of Charles Darwin was causing a huge controversy due to its contradiction with Christianity and creationism described in the book of Genesis.   Nowadays, intelligence design has receive plenty of critics from its detractors, most of whom try to settle on arguments that would qualified it just as an idea related to creationism. Others consider intelligent design as a philosophical theory about science and not a science itself. English language challenges

Well I didn´t planned having english in university the first semester and when i knew i was going to have classes of english i was pretty mad because it though it was going to be a "waste" of time and that was going to be just like school, but no. First of all, the teacher was totally different (in a good way) and the dynamic of the class was great too, i liked the idea of making blogs and videos because i learnt how to express new ideas and to improve my written and oral english. The blog particularly helped me for notting my common mistakes, like i always forget to writte the verbs in past. I realized i really need to expand my vocabulary and familiarizing more with the lenguage, so i plan to read more things in english, like novels or pappers related with my career. I also going to start watching programs, series and stuff without subtitles or with english subtitles, also, i will try to think in english more often and to find persons who i can speak with in english for pr

My future job

I don’ like to talk about my future job because I recently started my career and I’m still learning all the things I can do and the topics I can treat. In difference with other people I don’t know yet what things an anthropologist does, I know in which places they work it’s just that I’m not sure about what they do exactly, but I’m not worry about it and I’ll think about my work when I be finishing the career, in a long time from now. Ok so have said that, I’m gonna talk about a utopian job, which is: being a videogames youtuber. It´s the perfect job ever. I mean youtubers –the successful ones- earn  money thanks to their videos, there are some who get games and consoles for free because the brands give it to them for promotion. It has the bad side too, because It´s not a stable job and actually people don´t consider it as a job so I wouldn´t be recognize as a real worker and I also wouldn't have a stable salary, but is definitely better than waking up every morning at 6 am and go
